Reality Window Manager For Wearable Computer Interface

Wearable Computer Interfaces fungja writes "The OpenVIDIA project has released some initial source code (GPL) which implements hardware accelerated computer vision on the graphics processing unit (GPU). Included currently is GPU accelerated image registration (useful for panoramas and head tracking) as well as a GPU accelerated hand detector, which can be used to control the X-Windows cursor. Its being used for the hardware accelerated computer vision being used as the basis for RWM: Reality Window Manager" The Reality Window Manager is an application of Computer Mediated Reality in which computer information is displayed in the real world, attached to real objects (see image).
