Clara 3D Web Browser
posted by Editor on Monday May 17, @06:30PM
Virtual Worlds Clara is a 3D web browser that lets you walk, fly, or jump through a virtual world where all the objects are usable, interactive web-pages. You can read the pages just as you would in 2D, i.e. scroll them, click them, or hear them. You can open multiple pages at once by drawing a rectangle around the links of interest, and a "guided tour" shows which path you've taken through the web. Here are some screenshots and video demos. Clara is implemented as a Windows program that can be downloaded for free (there are separate versions for 3D boards running OpenGL or DirectX).

    Bonehub.com 3D centerfold resource (Score:0)
by Anonymous Coward on Wednesday June 23, @07:47AM EST (#1)
I've just opened a new site which is located at: http://www.bonehub.com The content of which is inspired by a project that I'm currently working on to create a virtual CG supermodel. I've done a lot of research in trying to prepare the project, so I thought I'd just put a site together with all the best reference that I found. Now other artists might be able to find what they're looking for faster than I was able to initially. There's also a tutorial section with the most helpful tips to creating details on a CG human.

I'm not a robot like you. I don't like having disks crammed into me... unless they're Oreos, and then only in the mouth. -- Fry
