Zboard Application-Specific Keyboard
posted by Editor on Wednesday November 26, @08:45PM
Command Line Interfaces ZDnet has reviewed the Ideazon Zboard, a keyboard system that can be customized for specific applications and games. The Zboard mechanism is comprised of a universal base and a selection of custom keysets that snap into that base, and have buttons mapped to application-specific functions. Some also have key placement and shapes that are optimized for particular games. Supported applications include Word, Excel, and Photoshop; games include Neverwinter Nights, Age of Mythology, and Madden NFL.
